Ms. Elizabeth Ferry

Ms. Beth Ferry is Director of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center. She is responsible for establishing the C5ISR Center’s comprehensive science and technology (S&T) portfolio. Ms. Ferry provides strategic program formulation guidance for short- and long-range goals using state-of-the art advances in communications, mission command, sensors, electronic warfare, intelligence, power and energy, electro-optics/infrared, and countermine technology. In addition to the Center’s S&T mission, she oversees engineering support and services provided to the acquisition Capability Portfolio Executives, Life Cycle Management Commands, and other Department of War and federal organizations.
Ms. Ferry, who was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2023, has more than 20 years of leadership and technical experience in C5ISR and strategic program management. She previously served as the C5ISR Center’s Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Director.
Ms. Ferry holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Technology Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Virginia. She is a graduate of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Senior Leadership Cohort program. Ms. Ferry is a three-time recipient of the C5ISR Center Employee of the Year Award and has been awarded the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service and the Army Commanders Award for Civilian Service.
