Ms. Elizabeth Ferry

Engineering and Systems Integration Directorate 

Ms. Beth Ferry is the Director of the Engineering and Systems Integration for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center. In her role as ESI Director, Ms. Ferry is responsible for leading a world-class enterprise engaged in the Life-Cycle Engineering, systems integration, and experimentation of C5ISR technologies and capabilities supporting the Army Program Executive Offices, Project Managers and the Life-Cycle Management Command communities.

Ms. Ferry, who was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in March 2023, has over 19 years of leadership and technical experience in C5ISR, and strategic program management. She previously served as the C5ISR Center’s Assistant Director of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I). During her time in this position, she oversaw the entirety of the C5I Engineering portfolio, managing prioritization of communications, networking, software and data technologies that support Communications & Networking and Information Dominance capabilities. This included over $500M in funding across six Divisions of personnel. 

Ms. Ferry holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Technology Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Virginia. She is also a graduate of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Senior Leadership Cohort program. Ms. Ferry is a three-time recipient of the C5ISR Center Employee of the year award and has been awarded the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service and the Army Commanders Award for Civilian Service.
